According to the National Institutes of health (“N.I.H.”) the ONLY technology in the world which has the potential to legitimately address / resolve the issues of wound healing and disinfection as well as pain and inflammation concerns in the Dental Industry, is Nanotechnology. But today, there are only a handful of commercially available Nanotechnology based dental products – none of which are suitable wound healing and or disinfectant agents.

It is this distinctly unique Oxide Layer and Tetrahedal Shape which gives rise to the name NMSTTO or Nano Metallic Tetrahedal TetraOxide.

On July 8,2017, the most comprehensive Meta Analysis ever published on Nanotechnology in Dentistry was published, entitled “Silver NanoParticles in Dentistry”*. In this Meta Analysis a total of 155 peer-reviewed articles on NanoSIlver technology were reviewed. The article states that Silver Nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been extensively studied for their antimicrobial properties, which provide an extensive applicability in dentistry. This article goes on to say that the topic of NanoSilver Particles currently represents an important trend in dentistry research.

The Result /Significance of this extenisve literature review indicates that Silver NanoParticles are a promising system with important features such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antitumor activity, and a potential carrier in sustained drug delivery.

Dr.’s Rella and Gordon Christenson’s Clincal Research Associates (“C.R.A.”) in Provo Utah, has successfully tested our NanoSIlver product as a DUWL cleaner (under the old SilverSOL label) and found that at the ultra low level of only one half of 1ppm (.5ppm) the NMSTTO was able to keep the CFU count below 500CFU/ml and that at 1ppm it was Bacteriocidal and able to reduce the CFU count to zero. Our NMSTTO is not a drug. It is not metabolized by the body – it is excreted via the liver and kidneys due to particle size. Human ingestion and animal injection studies show that the NMSTTO is not harmful to biological tissues. Over the past two decades, DDSource’s Manufacturing partner, ABL, has performed in excess of 10,000 Rapid Challenge Tests against literally thousands of different bacteria, yeast and viruses. Todate, these has not been a microorganism that their NanoSIlver product has been unable to kill. Recently the CDC published an article on their website reporting a 50% kill rate on patients infected with the Multi Drug Resistnat versions of Carbapenum Resistant Enterococcus (“CRE”). In an independent FDA recognized Lab, Rapid challenge tests have shown that our NanoSilver particle can kill both CRE versions of Klebsiella Pneumoniae and E.Coli with a 4-5 log reduction within minutes.

Even more recently, Rapid Challenge tests performed by an independent FDA recognized Lab were performed with our 10ppm NanoSilver and 3%H202 against Strep. mutans, Candida albicans and MRSA resulting in 4 and 5 log reductions within minutes.
